Hello to the Amvets Family!
This time of year is pretty much the stay inside season…unless you like ice fishing, downhill skiing etc.
There is planning, organizing and thoughts of what we can do to accomplish great things for our Veterans this calendar year.
Squadron 127 in Ladysmith has a new website! Check it out! The website includes information on the upcoming fundraising concert. The featured country artist is Chris Kroeze. He was the runner up on Season 15 of ‘The Voice’ and hails from Barron WI. He will be presented with a Lifetime Membership to Squadron 127. National Sons Commander Mick Ciesla is planning to attend.
We continue to seek out new members. This past November, Associated Bank asked for some display items to be included in their Veterans display in West Allis. We included brochures and had several people fill them out.
