The 2025-2026 Convention is fast approaching. Thursday, June 18“ starts with the Hospital & Service Foundation meeting at 2:00 PM with the Administration meeting at 3:00 PM.
The first session of the Convention is Friday, June 19*. The SEC meeting is at 9:00 AM, and the first session of the Convention begins at 1:30 PM.
The Get Acquainted Dance is at 7 PM to 11 PM. The “Fishbowl” and other events will take place so bring Prizes to donate. The theme will be a Military Theme. Wear your military garb
or branch of service.
Saturday begins with the combined session with the Auxiliary at 8:00 AM, then the Second Session of the Convention at 9:00 AM, followed by training sessions in the afternoon.
The Commander’s Banquet is Saturday evening with cocktails at 5:00 PM, and Banquet at 6:30 PM. The Dress Code is Business Casual.
Sunday will begin with the Memorial Service at 9:00 AM. The Third and Final Session of the Convention begins at 10:00 AM.

The Banquet and Delegation forms have been sent to the prospective Post Commanders and SEC Delegates. They are due by JUNE 1“. They will also be in this Sound Off.
All Post attending the Convention must be revalidated prior to any of your delegates entering the Convention Floor. Get them to me prior to the Convention please.
Elections will be held for Officers and Committees during the Convention. Please consider running an Office or position. Talk to any of the existing Officers about their duties. You can
look on the website at the By-Laws and Constitution to see a description of Officer Duties.
